Slacker

I'd like to use the excuse of my 3.5 month old daughter as to the reason my blog is out of date, but my Words with Friends, Dice with Friends, Scramble with Friends, Pet House and Tiny Tower are all doing very well, so it's not Parker's fault.  I'm lazy I suppose.  When I get time to sit at the computer I have lots to say but wish it would just get from my mind to my blog without all of the typing.

Grandma and Grandpa were here to visit.  They got to meet their first great grandchild.  It was a great trip.  Grandma ended up at the hospital having trouble with her esophagus, but it all ended up ok.  Grandpa loved to make silly noises at Parker and Parker enjoyed every minute of it. Almost.  Grandma declared them as Grams and Pops to Parker.  Although she couldn't even remember and kept calling herself grandma to Parker.  It was funny.  They would sing to her and I'm pretty certain she liked it.  She likes to be sung to.  She also enjoyed watching golf with Pops.  We're not letting her watch tv for awhile, but she loved the green of the grass and a few minutes didn't hurt her.  It was sad to see them leave.  They headed down to Rockport to visit my Great Aunt.

Two days later, on Friday I was talking to Jill and she expressed interest in visiting.  She had found a great fare for the next day and I told her to book it.  After some thought, she did!  Then I received a text that Mom was coming too.  It was an unexpected and great time.  They were only here for 4 days, but it was nice to see them and Parker loved them too.
